Team Baseball banners are frequently carried from field to field and displayed where ever the team is playing. Baseball playing fields normally have fences around the playing field, behind the dugouts and of course behind the batters box. To start, simply take the bungee ball cord through the grommet. Thread the ball back through the the strap and wrap it around the fence and pull the ball portion of the strap behind the banner. Secure it to the fence and you are good to go.

Longer Term Installation
For Baseball Sponsor or placement of Team Banners where the banner will stay in place for a full season, consider using Zip Ties. These are found at any hardware store and require scissors, cutters or a knife to remove. They are preferred if the team or sponsor banner is staying in place for an extended period.
